We aim to make your shopping experience smooth and enjoyable, from the moment you choose your piece to the day it arrives at your door.

Processing Time

For made-to-order or non-stock items, the production lead time is typically 7–13 business days, during which we carefully package and prepare your items for shipment. 

Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or if items are temporarily out of stock. For made-to-order or customized items, production timelines will be confirmed at checkout. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to get your order to you as soon as possible.

We offer free shipping on all orders.

Duties and Taxes

Duties and taxes (if applicable) are calculated at checkout to ensure your package gets you as quickly as possible.

Duties and taxes are non-refundable once your order has shipped.

Delivery Requirements

Customer must be present at the time of delivery to sign for the goods.

Please ensure that delivery paths (hallways, doorways, staircases, elevators) are clear and accessible, with enough space for the delivery team to safely bring items inside.

Standard delivery does not include unpacking, assembly, or removal of packaging materials.

Items can only be delivered to the original shipping address provided at checkout.

Missed or Rescheduled Deliveries

If a scheduled delivery is missed for any reason, a re-delivery fee will apply and must be paid before a new appointment can be scheduled.

If delivery cannot be completed within 5 business days after the scheduled date due to customer unavailability, storage fees may apply. 

Please note: Returns due to delivery refusal or inability to accept delivery will be treated as a standard return and will incur a 30% restocking fee in addition to return shipping charges.
